Mixed-use urban infill project

The ambition of  Waterfront is to enhance the area around the football stadium of the Belgian first class club Zulte-Wargem – the ‘Regenboogstadion’.
Quality of life, sustainability, social cohesion and mobility are the guiding principles of this purposeful urban ensemble. The architecture, both vertical and iconic, will express the city’s avant-gardism at one of its main gateways.
