Budalys is an ambitious healthcare project that was designed in close cooperation with the client. Behind the sober and smooth façade are generous service flats.
The Budalys restaurant and sandwich bar Alta, on the ground floor, evoke the atmosphere of a Mediterranean patio. This attractive eating place is not only there for the residents, but has quickly become a place to be for students, city dwellers and people working in the neighbourhood. It bustles here because of the interaction between the residential care centre and the city, and between young and old.
